SENIOR TECHNICAL WRITER · SPEAKER · PODCAST GUEST

Rutva Safi.
Clear words.

Hi, I’m Rutva. I turn the “how does this work?”
into the “got it.”

Across 11+ years, I’ve worked with B2B SaaS, B2C solutions, and hardware–software products—creating global-ready documentation and technical stories people can use.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORDS

FOR HIRING MANAGERS

Hiring for a
full-time role?

I bring 11+ years of experience in technical writing, information architecture, and global-ready documentation. From product guides to shared content systems, I help make complex products easier to understand.

01 / SELECTED WORK

Words with
a job to do.

Some help you use a product.
Others help you see what’s possible.
All start with understanding.

03 / WHAT I BRING

The technical.
The human. Both.

Good writing connects the dots
between a product, a team,
and the person on the other side.

01

Documentation
built for finding.

User guides, API docs, release notes, information architecture, and UX content design. I make product knowledge easier to navigate and use.

GitBook · Paligo · Confluence

02

Content that
works globally.

I connect technical ideas with real applications across B2B SaaS, B2C solutions, and hardware–software products—then shape them for global audiences.

03

AI, teams, and
better systems.

I work across product, engineering, QA, sales, and marketing, combining AI-assisted authoring with editorial judgment, training, and quality checks.

04 / USE CASES

Where the words
go to work.

A few ways I apply technical writing
across documentation, shared systems,
and global-ready content.

01 / DOCUMENTATION

Explain the product.

User guides, API documentation, and release notes for locker management systems, alongside internal product training.

02 / CONTENT SYSTEMS

Keep the writing consistent.

GitBook implementation and a shared style guide for documentation work.

03 / GLOBAL CONTENT

Write for different readers.

Global-ready documentation and technical content shaped with localization in mind.

05 / BEYOND THE DOCUMENTATION

There’s a little more
to the story.

An engineering degree.
A law degree.
And a thing for a good story.

I studied Electronics and Communication Engineering at LDRP University and law at Navgujarat Law College. Technical detail and careful language have both found their way into my work.

Outside of documentation, I share travel stories as @the.rs.stories, host events, speak with the technical-communication community, and volunteer. Different settings. The same joy in connecting with people.

A.

Stories beyond the screen

Travel blogging, new places, and a different point of view.

B.

The mic stays on

International speaking, podcast conversations, webinars, and event hosting bring the words off the page.

C.

A little time, a little good

Community involvement with Happy Faces Foundation and Robin Hood Army.

06 / LET’S CONNECT

Something complex?
Let’s make it clear.

A role, a project, a podcast, or a product that needs the right words.
I’d love to hear what you’re working on.
